Returns- Check closely all of your merchandise for packing errors, defects, wrong colors, etc. as no exchanges or returns will be authorized after 10 DAYS of receipt .

Note about fur shedding- Sometimes shedding does occur and this is inherent to certain fur.  Your garments have already gone through an air fluff dryer tumble to remove excess fur but it is normal for some additional shedding to temporarily occur.  We recommend an additional air fluff - NO HEAT tumble in  home dryer for 10-15 minutes if needed.

Note about steaming- Genuine fur can and should be LIGHTLY steamed and fluffed if needed.
